TRANSPASSING THE COURTYARD : AVLUDAN GECMEK Pass by the musical instrument stores hearing the high and low chaotic but yet strongly orchestrated sounds of all kinds, then pass the dervishhane, the street jewelry vendors, the bakery, the africans, the old men, the children... Keep walking down, passing under all kinds of white, colorful fabric, floating above your head. Pass through the cars, parked in between the tiny walls of the street. |

Keep walking down on the muddy ground, hearing the instrument makers' hammer, the drum of the musicians, the scream of the boys, the horn of the car, the sound of the ball and the women... Stop at the begining of the stairs going down, srounded by the buldings and a little cornershop. Look down, around, above, and beyond... Feel like a part of a thing that was once a stranger to you. |
